Unfortunately our catering system suffered a failure this morning and as a result all students who wished to were allowed to purchase from the canteen. The caterers were unable to see if they had funds to support their spend.
This also affected our cash top up machine in the Dining Hall.
If you believe your child’s account is showing incorrectly please ask your child to go to the Finance department. Alternatively, you may contact the School Business Manager via email at email@example.com and she will look into this for you.
All systems were back up and running for lunch service.
