Further to my previous email, I am writing to remind you that today really ought to be the last day you are able to purchase a ticket for your child to have a Christmas meal on Wednesday 13 December. The tickets should ideally be purchased on ParentPay – if you have any issue with this, please send your child in with the cash payment of £3.25 tomorrow (to be brought to the Finance Office) so I may secure them a meal.
The caterers must order the food this Friday and so I have to close the option to purchase a meal on Friday at noon.
Students who are entitled to free school meals are automatically given a ticket. If this applies to you and your child does not wish to have a meal, please contact me directly by replying to this email.
Please be aware that there will be no other food available at lunch time on that day, therefore if your child is not going to be having a Christmas meal, please ensure they bring a packed lunch in to school. The usual food offerings will be available for purchase at break time only
