School Raising Attainment Plan

Easthampstead Park Community School Raising Attainment Plan 2016-17

Every year we write an action plan for improvement based on the current context of the school and our vision and values. This is approved by the school’s governors and monitored throughout the year through meetings and reports which are presented to the governing body. To monitor our progress we structure our plan around the four Ofsted judgement areas and also include actions for EPCS6.

These are our priorities for this academic year:

Effectiveness of leadership and management
Priority 1: To improve the quality of leadership at all levels within the school.
Priority 2:  To develop a culture of high standards for all, supported by staff, students, parents and the community.
Quality of teaching, learning and assessment
Priority 3: To improve the quality of teaching and learning to meet the needs of all learners.
Personal development, behaviour and welfare
Priority 4: To embed the improvements made in behaviour for learning and attendance.
Outcomes for children and learners
Priority 5: To raise attainment and progress for all learners.:
Sixth Form
Priority 6: To further develop provision in EPCS6 :
Priority 7: To refine operational procedures.
